I hadn’t shot any drinks in a long time, so I decided to make some simple ones to shoot myself in a variety of environments for practice. I loved the way they all turned out. The drink above is simply ginger ale with some melon balls and fresh sage. If I was making this as real cocktail I would use some ginger beer with blended melon, and my favorite thing to add to every cocktail ever: St. Germaine.
These beautiful rhubarb ribbons are super easy to make! You just take a vegetable peeler to the rhubarb. They curl naturally!
